  • 4 oz (120 g) dry wide noodles
  • 4 Tbsp ground poppy seeds
  • 6 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • butter unsalted melted


  • Cook the noodles according to the producent’s instructions.
  • Meantime, mix powdered sugar and ground poppy seeds in a bowl. Let melt butter over lower heat.
  • Strain the noodles properly. Try to get rid of most of the liquid from the surface of the noodles.
  • Arrange noodles in a bowl, sprinkle with poppy seed sugar mixture and pour over with melted butter.
  • Serve warm as a separate main dish.
